Peak Performance Sessions
Duration – 90 minutes
Frequency – monthly
Location – your business offices or our premises near Hook, Hampshire.
Timing – sessions can be provided from 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday.
Telephone contact - reasonable weekly telephone contact in between face to face sessions is included.
Investment price
- Bundle 1 consists of six sessions at a total cost of £1500
- Bundle 2 consists of three sessions at a total cost of £900
plus reasonable travel expenses.
An introductory session can be provided at no charge.
Questions & Answers
How is the content of the sessions decided? As part of the first session we will discuss your current challenges and work out and agree how to address your specific needs. The emphasis is placed on working on issues that are relevant to the current challenges in your business.
What might your sessions include? We have a wide range of topics that we can focus on including customer management skills, managing difficult people, using objectives to improve performance, managing stressful situations, managing scarce resources, negotiation skills, risk management, managing the downsizing of a business.
Are the sessions flexible? Yes, the aim is to focus on relevant issues. As your challenges change we will adjust the programme in a flexible way.
Will there be work to do between sessions? It will be helpful to find opportunities to consolidate the outcomes from the monthly session into your work and review and reflect on the impact at the next session.
Can I contract for a different number of sessions? Yes, we do emphasise progression over a period as the coaching relationship is established. We can work for a minimum of three sessions or for as many bundles of three or six sessions as proves useful.
Is support available between sessions? Yes, you can access your coach via telephone each week as part of the package. |
